oversight of the daily operations of a fleet of ten Mi-8 helicopters. Works closely with AYR Group staff in
the U.S., UK, Switzerland, as well as, with the staff of Air Taurus (AYR Group Subsidiary) and Universal
Avia, in Simferopol, Ukraine, and with the AYR Group Moscow Office to plan, coordinate and support AYR
operations around the world. Supervised operational support to a variety of customers including the World

2008 and 2009, deployed and executed contract start up operations for the company in Haiti, Thailand /
Myanmar, and Chad. Most recently oversaw start up of company air operations in Kabul, Afghanistan, in
2009, with four Mi-8MTVs providing air transportation to Supreme Foodservice AG for the distribution of
food and water to U.S. Military Forward Operating Bases throughout the country. Oversaw close out of
contract operations and demobilization of aircraft and personnel from Chad to Uganda. Works closely with
AYR Group project managers (PM), and operations and maintenance staff to monitor and ensure the
operational readiness of aircraft and personnel assigned to AYR Group contracts, plans, coordinates and
works operational requirements and ensures the flow of spare parts and other logistics needed to support
AYR Group operations.

operational updates; planned and executed storage of maintenance spare parts for aircraft and ensured
life support was provided by DFI in accordance with the contract. Executed a seamless handover to the

As Start Up Manager, led aviation team mobilization to Thailand and thence to Myanmar; oversaw
positioning of aircraft in the mission area. Provided on ground management oversight of all aspects of AYR
Group air operations in support of the World Food Program’s response for typhoon relief in Myanmar. Led,
planned, coordinated and managed daily flight operations and air mission tasking with WFP staff and
executed operational status reporting responsibilities. Managed a fleet of four rotary wing aircraft,
consisting of 2 x Mi-8T and 2 x Mi-8MTV. Planned and managed a seamless transition to the AYR Project
Manager. At contract close out supervised aircraft demobilization actions.

mission tasking; oversaw daily flight operations servicing customer’s operating locations at Juba, Mapel
and Duar. Responsible for the timely execution of air support to facilitate delivery of personnel and
construction materials to operating locations; executed weekly mission status reporting, ensuring
complete situational awareness of the project. Directed and manage a mixed fleet of fixed and rotary wing
aircraft, consisting of 2 x Mi-8T, 1 x Mi-26 and 1 x AN-28.

cargo. Responsible for aircraft and flight crew readiness. Responsible for planning and managing all
aspects of air operations including aircraft scheduling to facilitate the customer’s construction schedule,
flight operations and maintenance sustainment in a desert environment, flight and ground crew personnel
rotations, and logistics support to the deployed aviation team. Oversaw flight operations to 32 base camp
locations in the Darfur region, as well as flights to and from Khartoum.

tasking with Merlin staff to deploy medical teams in the affected area. Responsible for managing assigned

Responsible for ensuring that subcontracted aircraft were properly tasked in accordance with the

activities. Responsible for completing written and electronic air mission requests, mission schedules,
resource utilization reports, situation reports and other operational and mission related information.
