Maintenance Mechanic

• Experienced in assessing, planning, executing and implementing full maintenance program and training on all types of heavy track and wheeled military vehicles, both in Garrison and deployed (OPTEMPO) Operational environment proven management skills in data to present information reflecting maintenance projects and achieved targets and to disseminate information to subordinates and managers.
Assigned duties included spot checks for work adequacy, supervise and instruct subordinates in maintenance techniques and procedures.Proven ability to improve methods, performance, and quality of maintenance, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency. Experienced in establishing production standards, monitoring compliance, and recommending operational improvements Knowledgeable of EPA and DOD policies, procedures, and environmental regulations. Excellent oral and writing skills.
