Advanced Leader Course

- Serves as the Engineer planner to a Combined Arms Training Brigade who supports 11 separate Training Support Battalions (6 Active duty, 5 Reserve Component).
- Serves as the subject matter expert on all aspects of engineer planning, operations, and modernization enhancement through Observer, Coach / Trainer (OC/T) methods or engagements for 14 (4 Brigade Combat Teams, 7 Fires/Maneuver, Fires and Effects, 3 Aviation) Brigade Level Partnership agencies.
- Serves as an intermediate for higher coordination’s between commands.

- Led two engineer sections comprised of both combat and construction engineers to provide subject matter expertise and training support to U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard units throughout the East Coast.

- Led 160 American Soldiers and 23 Korean augmentees with the Army’s only permanently forward deployed Combat Engineer Company in the Republic of Korea (ROK).
- Provided Mobility, Counter-Mobility, and survivability support that enabled the 1st Armor Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) to conduct unified land operations in support of the 2nd Infantry Division war time plan.
- Ensured the operational readiness, maintenance, and accountability of property valued in excess of $68M.
- Returned $8M in excess inventory back into the Army Supply System.
- Transferred $142M in rolling stock and accompaniments between three new property books with zero deficiencies and no financial liability investigation of property loss.
Assistant Division Engineer-Operations Officer Mar 13 – Aug 14
2nd Infantry Division, Camp Red Cloud, South Korea
- Assisted with planning, synchronizing, coordinating, and assessing engineer operations for division level organization comprised of over 10,000 personnel.
- Integrated engineer plans and operations from subordinate organizations to improve greater organizational capability in support of current and wartime operations.
- Coordinated with Installation Management Command (IMCOM), agencies, and civilian contractors and assessed progress of construction projects of command interest to the division.
Brigade Engineer Officer Aug 10 – Feb 12
525th Military Police Battalion, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba
- Served as the Facility Engineer for Camp Delta and the Brigade Engineer for the Joint Detention Group.
- Responsible for coordinating with the Joint Task Force Engineers, civilian contractors, and the Naval Station Public Works department to ensure efficient remodeling, upgrading, and new construction operations within all detention facilities and portions of Camp America.

- Assistant to the Battalion Operations Officer of an Engineer Battalion that consisted of five geographically dispersed Advanced Individual Training companies, one attached Vertical Skills Division, one Maintenance Training Division, and one attached Professional Development Branch.
- Directed the allocation of resources for 14 Military Occupational Specialties, Reserve Component, and Intra-service Training Review Organization with an annual training load of 5,200 personnel.
