-Working as a contractor in the Middle East for the past fifteen years, I’ve been trained in many skilled areas of Supply Chain.  Every position I’ve acquired has had me train on the Fork Lift 4-10K, Hazmat Training through IATA, Import/Export Compliance, RFID, SARSS, ULLS-A(E), Fed Log, Maximo, and WinAir.

I’ve also completed many workshops in Microsoft Office Windows, Excel, and Power Point, First Aid, and Sexual Harassment.

Management/Calibration Specialist (AFSS)

Performs aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management,

cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.

• Manage Tool Control by using available software and process to ensure 100% accountability of items coded as tools and input into the supply chain management.
• Manage Package POL products and coordinate with the HazMat Quality Inspector to ensure all items coded are properly handled, stored, issued, stocks are rotated and that the expiration dates are tracked appropriately.
• Develop procedures and ensure compliance with the DoD & KSA regulations in regards to environmental issues along with personnel protection.
• Assist in the management of the ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution of Package POL material
• Provide Corrosion Prevention and Control recommendation to aid in preventing equipment from becoming unserviceable due to corrosion.
• Establish a calibration procedure for the AFSS and other supported organizations..
• Facilitate the movement of the items that require calibration to the Calibration Labs.
• Assists in the performance of inventory cycle counts; research missing parts to find current location.

Logistics

• Manage rotary wing new and retrograde aviation parts throughout the theater of operations, while simultaneously ensuring that new parts are ordered and distributed to customers.
• Oversee the packaging, labeling, and palletizing of all retrograde parts for transport to depots.
• Built a strong rapport with military personnel using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confirm all Aircraft on the Ground parts were expedited at the highest priority.
• Managed supply functions such as: storage, issue, inspection, research, repairable processing, shipping, receiving, warehousing, aircraft maintenance support, preparing requisitions, and accounting for aircraft parts and equipment

• Maintained 100% accountability of all HazMat supplies and supply records.

• Supply Technician
• Supervised 6 personnel in a Repair Parts Aviation Warehouse in operations involving the accounting, receiving, processing, storing, shipping, and tracking of aviation retrograde parts.
• Operated SARSS-1 automated logistics software to accurately maintain accounting records which   captured reimbursement costs and credited customers for turn-in of repairable items.
• Manage rotating inventory in a warehouse with over 4000 lines of supplies worth over $340 million.
• Prepare daily reports to multiple DoD agencies to capture all accounting activities in automation systems (i.e. SAMS, SARRS, ULLS-AE, SCP6, AFLMS, and FEDLOG).
• Communicated daily with multiple DoD agencies and US Customs officials to ensure proper

• Operated SAMS-1 and ULLS-A logistical applications to process work orders and track maintenance flow to ensure proper acquisition of repair parts used to service UH-60 Black Hawk, AH-64 Apache, OH-58 Kiowa, and CH-47 Chinook helicopters.
• Generated work orders, compiled and recorded production data to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production.

• Molded the section into a productive team to work collectively with military personnel to turn-in thousands of repair parts for disposal, transfer, or reclamation to depot facilities worldwide.
• Operated and manipulated information in SARSS for all daily transactions.
• Built 463L pallets in accordance with USAF SOP for shipment of HAZMAT and high dollar items.
• Inspected shipments prior to delivery to airfield in accordance with local and federal regulations.
