Duct Pressure Tests

Meltech/ Primary Responsibilities and Duties Include:

Prepare Duct Leakage Tests by calculating duct square feet, sealing duct with appropriate duct sealant

Perform Duct Leakage Tests and pass 100%

Duct layout for ceiling as well as below raised flooring

Hanger layout and stands for duct support in the ceiling and underfloor

Read and understand blueprint readings

Install VAV’s, FCU’s, FTU’s, according to blueprint specifications

Caddell/ Primary Responsibilities and Duties Include:

Perform a variety of construction assistance, learning portions of all skilled trades in the construction field


Main focus on project as an HVAC/ Ductwork Installer, to include VAV’s, FCUs, THUs, FIUs, CARIIs, volume dampers, as well as insulating to finish with all necessary finishing touches


Knowledge in the Fabrication Shop


Duct leakage testing as required per site specifications and SMACNA


Duct linear and square footage calculations


Blue print reading


Pipe fitting with AquaTherm/ heat weld


Experience with FE/BR work involving, cutting, grinding, welding, and buffing to install FE/BR into ductwork penetrating through walls/secure completely

• Duct Pressure Tests
• Pass all with 100%

Work VERY swell with others.

English
