2017 – 2020 Senior Program Manager
Oversaw the development and advisor to the Senior Executive on the Army’s Field Feeding Program. Responsible for transforming concepts, doctrine, training, materiel objectives and requirements into field feeding systems.
• Provides Integrated Capability Development Teams (ICDT) with required leadership and technical expertise in support of two future and five current Supply &Logistic Systems valued in excess of $800M through the acquisition life cycle
• Coordinated with HQDA, TRADOC, FORSCOM, OTC, ATEC, ACOM staffs, Natick Soldier Research, Development & Engineering Center and other Services to integrate field feeding equipment across formations and evaluate new and developmental equipment effectiveness

Executive Advisor

Managed of 81 assigned or attached culinary art specialists that provide daily contractor oversight and technical monitoring in 9 Contracted dining facilities. Supervised $25M in food service contracts for the company.
• Supervised a duel operation comprised of over 7K civilian and military personnel; Oversaw the safety, equipment, facilities, personnel, training, CONOPs menu planning, operational rations and contracting.
• Responsible for implementing and managing Army Food Program objectives by providing technical expertise and assistance to the Senior Executive for all global food logistics matter
• Established and managed an innovative partner-force feeding program that enabled Joint Forces by delivering over 1.2M tons of staple
Director of Food Safety and Services
Responsible for the evaluation of the foodservice program to include retail operations of a $117M contract in the performance of maintenance, operation, and technical planning, and serve as the command’s representative on all Food Service issues.
• Managed the safety for 11 sites and conduit to Defense Logistics Agency Subsistence Distribution as well as Class I Accountable Officer.
• Developed sustainable solutions to correct problems with warehouse management; Established combine warehouse for AAFES and a contractor to eliminate a shortage space of dry and cold
• Establish as Co-chair of the monthly Dining Facility Council meeting to address issues and concerns before they become problems
Executive Advisor
Provided technical assistance in the area of foodservice preparation, serving techniques, substance, storage, accountability, equipment replacement, account management, personnel management, operations, and equipment maintenance valued $10.8M
• Supervised the consolidation of the dining facility with six subordinate units and 69 food service personnel; Managed 11 contracted dining facilities for seven subordinate units
