Serving as the Training Lead and ISD Specialist responsible to Recovered Chemical Materials Directorate (RCMD). Conducting yearly course evaluations for each course given by RCMD. Providing instructor evaluations. These are both contractor supported and Government Service initiated. Making course revisions IAW ISD processes prior to the scheduled training date. Developing new course activities using ADDIE and CMA development procedures and processes. Responsible for Course Design Documents, Student Manuals, Lesson Plans, Presentations, Student Evaluation Packages, Instructor Guides, and Course Briefings for each course module. Creating short (10 min) training videos to enhance learning. Served as a lead writer and training developer preparing and writing training materials, proposals, and miscellaneous logistics support documentation. Assured uniform and efficient publications and ISD processes are applied across the Army programs of Shadow 200/v2, OSRVT, OH-58D L2MuM, and Gray Eagle UAV. This included using routers, firewalls and GPS satellites in shelters. Coordinated training material editing, composition, production and delivery in accordance with applicable specifications, standards and contractual requirements. Maintained cost, schedule and performance control of assigned programs when required. Coordinated the quality control activities required to assure the accuracy and adequacy of each training and technical product including in-process and final review, editing for compliance with all applicable specifications and standards, validation and verification. Researched final exam scores to make training design changes as necessary. Developed exportable training media for several UAV programs. Instructed UAV systems to DA Civilians, Soldiers, Marines, and L3 Communications FSRs for NET. Trained UAVs to the National Guard during their weekend drills.
