I have 30 years of security related assignments, in Africa, Asia and Europe with/for Governmental and Non-Governmental entities and the Private Security Sector, covering war zones, hostile regions, conflict and post conflict regions and collar & tie ambient. I believe having had “hands on experience”, enabled me to plan and successfully execute negotiating and liberating numerous kidnapped victims from Delta Militants and Pirates. My most recent endeavour and to use the descriptive reference of the EU Ambassador to Pakistan Jean-Francois Cautain “Thanks to the dedication and high skills, as a supervisor of the close protection team, of Mr Coser, I could travel all over Pakistan even in places never visited by other diplomats. I have no hesitation to recommend Mr Coser.” I have the required requisites, enabling me to manage Security Operations, Travel Security, VVIP High Risk Protection, Risk Management and on-going Training and Mentoring of multi-cultural staff.
To complete my Managerial Experience, and the mundane yet as important office duties, I can solely and competently run a Regional Office, taking care of and not only the day to day HR duties but also the Regional Offices Budget Actions and Staff Payroll, Fleet Management and Logistics the Planning and ensuring all Operational Staff are duly and periodically trained accordingly. Another managerial duty that I can duly carry out in at an International level, suitable not only for shareholders but also host country Government officials is the drafting and submitting of all Security and Risk Assessments, Security Plans and Surveys and in country SOP’s, SOW’s and last but importantly client KPI’s and ensuring all aspects of the contract are adhered to and run without incumbrance.
