- Develop plan/schedule of internal audits and inspections. Provide training, guidance and advice as necessary to personnel involved with completion of audits/inspections. Complete audits and inspections according to schedule.
- Maintain and develop the existing management systems commensurate with ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001. Maintain existing ISO/OHSAS accreditations and other certificates (e.g. safe contractor)

HSSE Supervisor for Western Zagros Ltd (Oil & Gas) in Kurdistan. Oct 2013 to June 2015
- Oversaw the Garmian Project Area in Kurdistan.
- Provide HSE Support to the construction phase – the building and construction of a 150 man Drilling Camps, Rig pads, Production & Loading Facilities, roads and amenities prior to Rig –up operations.
- Support the Drilling, Workover & Completion phases of the operation, review control of work activities, complete gap analysis to ensure safe systems of work.
- Responsible for HS inspections/ fault finding on all LOLER/ PUWER equipment. Including Liebherr Mobile Cranes 35 – 70T, Varco Travelling Block lifts, Rig up Winches, Man Baskets and associated ancillaries.
- Coordinate and support HSE Tasks, Lifting Operations and Health & Hygiene programs involving 3rd party contractors and local national workforce personnel.
- Developed a Transport Management Plan for WZ Ltd and its second and third party contractors. Liaising with the owners to adopt ‘best practice’.
