Oversaw and led the overall commissioning of the 2 SGT6-5000F (5ee) natural gas turbines and SST6-5000/K-N steam turbine. Supported the customer commissioning team with the hot and cold commissioning activities.

Site Commissioning Manager, Kemper County, MS                                          July 2013 – March 2014

Supervised overall commissioning of the 2 SGT6-5000F duel fuel syngas and natural gas turbines. Supported the customer commissioning team with the hot and cold commissioning activities.

Site Commissioning Manager, Cape Canaveral, FL                                            June 2012 – July 2013

Responsible for the overall commissioning of the 3 SGT6-8000H duel fuel gas turbines. Supporting the customer commissioning team with the hot and cold commissioning activities.

Directed the commissioning of first 60Hz SGT6-8000H duel fuel gas turbine, at Siemens test facility in Berlin, Germany.

Constructed the overall commissioning of the 1 W501FD4 gas turbines. Supporting the customer commissioning team with the hot and cold commissioning activities. Scheduled vendor and additional Siemens support, including an engineering project on the study of the single piece exhaust system.

Spearheaded the overall construction and commissioning TFA personnel on site as well as the local entity personnel for a 450 MW combined cycle power plant utilizing 2 W501FD3 Gas turbines and a Siemens KN steam turbine in Durango, Mexico. Attended local meetings and negotiations with the customer and their contractor for items pertaining to the technical assistance provided by Siemens. Monitored site budget and procurements.

Commissioning / Site Lead, Turbigo, Italy                                                        May 2007 – June 2008

Guided commissioning activities for this 850 MW power plant. Addition of two HSRG and Steam Turbine modifications with a consortium partner. The power plant, consisting of two combined cycle V94.3 gas turbines, air-cooled generators, and all auxiliary equipment including balance of plant equipment.

Lead Commissioning, Point Lisas, Trinidad                                                       February 2007 – May 2007

Led all commissioning activities on night shift for this 300 MW turnkey power plant, consisting of two simple cycle 501D gas turbines, air- cooled generators, and all auxiliary equipment including 3 gas compressors.

Lead I & C., Chilca, Peru                                                                                   September 2006 – December 2006

Completed all I & C commissioning activities for this 150 MW turnkey power plant, consisting of one simple cycle V84.2 gas turbine, air-cooled generators, and all auxiliary equipment.

Lead BOP Controls Engineer, Ventanilla, Peru                                                 April 2006 – September 2006

Provided project management all I & C commissioning activities for this 450 MW addition of two HSRG and Stem Turbine power plant, consisting of two combined cycle V84.2 gas turbines, air-cooled generators, and all auxiliary equipment including balance of plant equipment, and Heat Recovery Steam Generators.

Commissioning Manager, Gomez Palacio, Mexico                                           April 2005 – April 2006

Managed all commissioning activities for this 225 MW upgrade for a power plant, consisting of two combined cycle 501B gas turbines, hydrogen- cooled generators, and balance of plant equipment, including Heat Recovery Steam Generators.

Lead I & C, San Lorenzo, Mexico                                                                      September 2003 – April 2005

Contributed towards all I & C commissioning activities for this 300 MW turnkey power plant, consisting of two simple cycle 501F gas turbines, air-cooled generators, and all auxiliary equipment including 2 Sundyne compressors and 2 Atlas Copco compressors. Direct activities of technical field advisors (TFAs).
