Summary

 Maintain the safety and environmental programs on Camp Arifjan and the Indoor Storage Facility for KBRwyle on the MAP-K contract, performing safety inspections, weekly training, accident investigations, and maintaining the environmental program. The environmental program requires profiling and disposal of hazardous waste and inventory of all hazardous chemicals and substances.
 Competently directed site visits and research in accordance with Kuwait Final Governing Standards (KFGS), Army regulations (AR) 200-1 Environmental Protection and Enhancement, U.S. Army Area Support Group – Kuwait (ASG-KU), U.S. U.S. Central Command (US ARCENT) Environmental Manual and Department of Defense Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD). With the mission of assisting tenants, government contractors, and military units in the implementation and interpretation of environmental compliance regulations.
 Taught and certified Environmental Officer training contractors and military environmental personnel on base regulations, environmental responsibilities, and document controls. In addition, updated PowerPoint presentations and environmental manuals.
 Presented and was a member of several working groups to ensure the environmental compliance team had familiarity, up-to-date, and educated on procedures for maintaining environmental compliance obligations.
