Interviewed clients and counseled with Attorneys at a confidential capacity. Conducted investigations into Matrimonial, Custodial, Criminal, Corporate Espionage. P.I.N.S., Missing Persons, Corporate Sabotage, Surveillance and Counter Surveillance. Captured photos and video.

11/00 – 03/09 AIU Investigator
Conducted background investigations of Correction Officer Candidates. Identified fraudulent documentation; authenticated official college transcripts and accreditation. Scrutinized candidate’s financial and employment history. Scrutinized out of state Final Dispositions, DMV Abstracts, HRA Fraud, Unemployment Fraud, Social Security Fraud. Scrutinize and identify inconsistencies in candidate’s previous and current ongoing investigations. Ensure candidates receive Medical, Psychological and Agility exams within the prescribed DCAS guidelines. Created reports recommending or not recommending candidates for consideration to be hired.
Acted as a Liaison to the Unit with outside agencies and departments. Routine interaction with various IG’s, Deputy IG’s and Assistant IG’s and a variety of Assistant and Deputy Commissioners throughout NYC to various City and State agencies. Acted as a direct liaison with the FBI-JTTF, CJISD, Police Training Coordinator. USPS-IG, NYPD- EMD. Auto-Crime Division, Fingerprint Unit, Pistol Permit Section, Queens INTAC, Warrants Squad and other areas of NYPD. Interact with various SIS and SIA’s to the FBOP and OIG. NYSDMV Liaison. Screening any and all visitors (Civilian, International Dignitaries, Government Officials, Service Providers, former Inmates, Inmate Visitors, Attorneys, etc.). On executive protection detail/team for Nelson Peltz and family. Chauffeur, run errands, shop for family, transport staff. Perform physical security inspection and lockdown of property, withdrawal of petit cash from bank, prepare receipts and daily notes for petit cash expenses. Pickup/drop off dry clean, escort visitors/guests and contractors on properties. Advance risk assessment/survey. Perform roving patrol of the approximately 150-acre main residence.

Fingerprint Operator/Trainer, met with selectees in the hiring process, authenticate required identification, utilize mobile set up to confirm selectee is scheduled and in our system. Take fingerprints digital as well as wet print (as needed) and take digital image of the selectee and provide contact information for follow up upon completion and exit. Trained new incoming FPO’s (fingerprint operators) individually as well as in group. Training was inclusive of operator and site safety and security, how to identify possible fraudulent documents and security features of specific documents commonly used for proof of identification. Trouble shoot software/hardware, log on/off protocols VPN, reporting incidents and recapping on confidentiality of selectee/s and their information, EEO, undue familiarity. Professional conduct and acceptable attire. Securing of site and mobile equipment. How to do time sheets, expenses, travel and utilization of the Help Desk and required report following contact. Reviewed new FPO’s for management. Worked with special needs at ARC site Monticello.

Court Officer, responsible for the Security of the Judges, Prosecutors, Staff, General Public and the Court Building itself.
