• Operating out of the busy Oil fields in Badra Area, Iraq. Leading and managing a full local team with varying experience to operate safely and effectively in this highly demanding area for numerous clients of differing nationalities.
• Managing all aspects of the day to day security operations of a large multinational oil company situated on the busy Oil and Gas fields in Iraq. Duties included armed escort, threat assessment, planning routes, client briefs and transportation.
• Effectively managing and training a large team of local security professionals of differing religious and tribal backgrounds.
• Liaising directly with clients of differing nationalities on daily basis to organize and ensure there needs and requirements are meet safely.
• During the contract, I became familiar with the areas of Baghdad, Nazari and Amara.

• Provided close protection and safe movements to OILSERV personal, in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), threat assessment and clients’ intent.

04.12.2011 – 12.09.2012, GARDA WORLD– Nad Ali, Helmand Province, Afghanistan PSD TL URS and AFCEE.
• My role was to provide close protection and safe movements for URS and AFCEE Clients working for Department of Defense on a site in Nad Ali Area in the Helmand Provence of Afghanistan.
• Setting up risk assessments of the premises where the clients were stationed, and all the routes and venues visited in and around the camp.
• Threat assessments, including physical security assessments of all sites, and made prioritized recommendations for improvement following through with approved recommendations until fully implemented.
• Managed and coordinated 4-man ex-pat Close Protection Team and 4-man LN QRF Team
• Conducted risk, threat analysis, route reconnaissance and crisis management strategies.
• Tracked and reported on relevant incidents.
• Consistently achieved high pass rates for annual tests, remaining compliant with DoD directives and contractual standards.
