Perform Audit/Analysis/Interpretation of IFC construction drawings and specifications to identify security vulnerabilities (technical, physical). Associated threats to vulnerabilities associated with Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705). Denying introduction of prohibited materials such as explosives, weapons, electronic devices, or other items as specified by the Accrediting Official (AO) or designer. Conducting random inspections of all site areas to ensure no prohibited materials have been brought onto the site identifying and reporting all anomalies and abnormalities. All suspicious materials or incidents were brought to the attention of the Site Security Manager (SSM) and/or senior Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs). Monitoring any non-cleared Guards provided by the construction company and approved by the AO Maintain and operate the Secure Storage Area (SSA) established by the construction company within the construction site footprint where they will store construction materials and equipment that will be used in the SCIF area, IAW ICD/ICS 705 Must be on site and access control must be established so construction can begin. Responsible for making sure local security workers are following all security protocols set forth by the Site Security Manager and also making sure all security access point is not vulnerable to any breaches. Perform in-depth investigations to anomalies associated with all 16 construction divisions which pose significant threat to U.S. Government mission and provide tactics to resolution. Responsible for access control functions at all vehicle and pedestrian entrances to the project site on a shift basis throughout the construction period.
