I conducted intelligence missions such as screening Locally Employed Personnel, patrol debriefings, and intelligence liaison with military units and national level agencies. I conduct biometrics enrollments in order to build biometrics database and identify individuals on the Biometrics Enabled Watch List (BEWL) who pose a threat to International Security Assistance Forces. I conduct searches of intelligence databases and perform analysis of biometrics enrollment history and BEWL to identify persons of interest for further Counterintelligence screening. I also provide support to Operational Security/Threat Awareness and Reporting (formerly SAEDA) programs and administer Preliminary Creditability Assessment Screening System (PCASS) examinations to thwart “Insider Attacks”. I report findings in a clear, logical, impartial, and concise report.

I conducted asymmetric unconventional warfare, multi-intelligence, threat analysis and fusion of insurgent/criminal networks associated with Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). I formulated collections plans and Source Directed Requirements for HUMINT teams in order to enhance intelligence collection efforts. I identified emerging threats by utilizing various intelligence databases, analyzing historical trends, and fusing multiple sources of intelligence in order to formulate an overall intelligence assessment of the area of operation. I provided commanders and decision makers with the intelligence needed to conduct and plan full-spectrum operations and implement counter insurgency (COIN) strategy in order to enhance Afghanistan’s stability.

I tracked and monitored all new Logistical Training Team (LLT) personnel from CONUS Replacement Center to Kuwait. I provided progress reports on all incoming personnel from Kuwait to Afghanistan. I provided transportation from airfield, completed their in-processing, provided initial in-country briefings along with PM and A-PM, and scheduled air movement of all LTT trainers to their final work sites. I maintained manning rosters on all individuals assigned to the program and provide updates to the LTT program manager. I monitored the progress on numerous nine person teams throughout the theater of operations. I managed team leads to provide weekly personnel and logistic status reports on their respective Afghan Commando companies.

I conducted pre and post blast sensitive site exploitations. I assisted in the collection of forensics and biometric evidence at blast sites. I worked with ground force commander to ensure site security, providing a safe working environment for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) personnel to operate. I ensured EOD and Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) team members were proficient in the use of individual weapons, weapon systems not organic to team, and infantry mounted and dismounted operations and kept team members abreast of current insurgent tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). I conducted research and analysis of tribal dynamics, counterinsurgency, atmospherics for intelligence reporting to assist military units in conducting non-lethal operations by allowing the unit to better dialogue with the population, to understand the population’s political, economic and social needs, and to understand the history of particular tribes and social groups in their area of operations. Efforts helped develop more effective courses of actions, such as providing security, essential services, and economic development opportunities to the civilian population in order to encourage the civilian population to support the host nation government and reduce their support for insurgent groups. I provided platform instruction and practical application pertaining to combat shooting techniques involving 9mm pistols of different variants and M4 carbine to Navy EOD personnel preparing to deploy to Iraq and Afghanistan. I provided hands on training during range instruction and presented demonstrations involving pistol and M4 carbine shooting applications during day light hours and times of limited visibility. I was overall responsible for the welfare and safety of USAE personnel while they conduct the destruction of Iraqi munitions throughout Iraq. Planned, scheduled, and conducted training of team members to remain proficient in their duties as Force Protection Officers to include weapons training, base security, and personal security. I planned, organized and conducted convoy missions throughout the Iraq Theater. I was responsible for receiving, analyzing, and disseminating time-sensitive threat intelligence to team members. Titan Corporation Northern Regional Logistic Manager – Iraq

I was responsible for the logistical support for Northern Iraq covering thousands of square miles in support of Titan Corporation and subcontractor employees deployed in support of the United States Army’s mission for “Operation Iraqi Freedom”. I provided weekly logistical support to four Titan Corporation remote sites and one regional headquarters site, consisting of hundreds of personnel performing critical support for the United States Army. I integrated quality management techniques in processing requests, prioritizing the requirements, and accounting for equipment. I analyzed and filled all mission essential requests in a timely manner and provided ongoing assessments of the entire regional sites to meet future needs. I additionally provided daily backup mission critical support to Titan and SOSi regional and local site managers.
