Supply –

- Maintain visibility of Modify Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and validated authorization changes by stratifying equipment according to latest MTOE changes per unit requirements.
- Ensure documentation is correct, verify serial numbers, National Stock Numbers (NSN), Condition Code, Unique Item Identifier (UII), verify AESIP Non- Standard LIN/ NSN, Line Item Numbers LIN) and Nomenclatures prior to stratifying equipment to the correct unit identification code (UIC).
- Review Logistics reports including those from maintenance activities to speed up the delivery of repair parts and assemblies to reduce the number of dead-lined rolling stock.
- Constance communication with Army Item Managers and Army Sustainment Command (ASC) POCs for complete DISPO and shipment of equipment and/or materials for 100% reconciliation for asset visibility.
