Summary

Mr. Grace is a highly knowledgeable, skilled and versatile telecommunications professional with a 26-year Air Force communications background encompassing Communications Project Planning, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Installation, Maintenance, C4ISR records management, and Training Airmen and contractors on a wide range of communications and construction equipment. After enlisting in the Air National Guard in 1993, he has served in various positions at the squadron, and flight level. He has been the Subject Matter Expert for Engineering and Installations of inside and outside cable plant construction and C4SIR management. Furthermore, he has over 12 years of experience in the Middle East/Asia as a contractor and member of the Air National Guard. He has designed expeditionary and enduring communications solutions; coordinated with multiple stakeholders on joint service projects as well as performed vendor quality inspections. Mr. Grace has put together communication installations packages for five AFCENT bases, performed Engineering and Installation (E&I) support on six PACAF, four CONUS and six other AFCENT bases.
