    • Periodical inspection of plants lifting tools and shackles, power tools, hand tools, coordinating with third-party inspection authorities, and implementing color coding system.

    • Periodical inspection of man camp accommodations and safety compliance.
    • Conducting risk assessment and identifying hazards by using hazard identification detection equipment, fire, and gas detection facilities, hydrocarbon gas detectors & hydrogen Sulfide detectors, etc.
    • Heavy equipment inspection (visible and operational) with checklist preparation.
    • Scaffolding inspection and checklist preparation
    • Manage Project Security Management Plan, verify and test randomly the Biometrics RFID system to ensure ALL RFID cards are properly scanned

HSE AUDIT INSPECTIONS

  • Scheduling and conducting periodic HSE audit inspections depending upon the project requirement(s). This involves the selection of audit element preparation of checklist, verification of records, and reporting the findings along with recommended corrective
  • Throughout NS2PC Power Plant construction, commissioning, and OM phases audited 9 remote site areas Onshore/Marine Offshore Construction such as Jetty, Power Block Fabrication, Roads, Bridges, Ash Pond, Coal Yard Shelter, Steel Structure High Rise work, Fire Prevention System, Electrical Substation Installation work, Manpower accommodation hotel complex, Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance for commercial business operations.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN

  • Preparation of emergency response plan and organizing mock drills/exercises to test the proficiency of the workforce to handle any specific emergency. Preparation of reports and implementing corrective actions for any deficiency.
