Lead the project on new custom packaging for the company and negotiated pricing for contracts with vendors.  Setup checklist for Quality Assurance practices for outgoing units, building and deploying 15 units per month while maintaining a constant inventory of 50 units ready for deployment at all times, with a steady inventory to complete BOMs for another 30 deployments that could be built at any time with no shortages on building materials.

• Lead the company’s 3PL drayage brokerage location. Managed a small team of specialized coordinators in finding the best drayman for the customers cargo at the price point set forth by the CEO. Conduct hiring and training of new members and troubleshooting advanced issues as they arose in the course of the containers transit. Onboarded new vendors and kept KPI’s for each.

• Supervised ten warehouse workers across two shifts for the F-35 OT&E program. Interacted with both US Department of Defense branches and foreign military branches to ensure their demands were met. Ran on-going inventory counts for two large warehouses with hundreds of millions of dollars in inventory. Reconciled inventory counts and conducted research into inventory discrepancies.
