WORLDWIDE — A company based in St. Louis, Missouri, has secured a $99.9 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed-price contract to spearhead IT transformation efforts with AF CyberWorx.

The award is designed to address shortfalls in current mission systems and rapidly field modernization solutions to improve command and control capabilities across the Air and Space Forces. The program emphasizes reducing sensor-to-shooter decision timelines, enhancing system interconnectivity, and delivering flexible modernization that keeps pace with emerging threats.

Work under the contract will take place both inside and outside the continental U.S., reflecting its broad operational impact. The contract runs through August 26, 2030. Funding begins with $1.74 million in fiscal 2025 Space Force procurement dollars, signaling strong joint-force backing for the effort.

This was a competitive acquisition, with two bids received, underscoring industry demand to support U.S. cyber, space, and C2 modernization. Contracting oversight comes from the 10th Contracting Squadron, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado.
