Aircraft Assembly and Repair Technicians (Structure)

We are looking for Aircraft Assembly and Repair Technicians (Structure). The Technician performs and ensures safe and efficient work and troubleshooting on structures and components of various model of Aircraft, providing experience-based input and suggestions on improvements in support of continuous improvement. Daily operational work will be based on the principles of Lean Production.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform testing of aircraft structure components IAW CMM and approved technical data.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, repair, assembly and testing on various models of aircraft structure
components.
• Perform repairs (riveting/patching) of metallic parts IAW CMM, SRM, Engineering Instruction and
approved technical data.
• Perform spare part replacement IAW CMM and engineering instruction.
• Fabricate sheet/angle/contour metallic parts IAW CMM, SRM, Engineering Instruction and
approved technical data.
Qualifications:
• Diploma with minimum 1 year in Technician I position or 3 years experiences of Aircraft maintenance
tasks in MRO business.
• Capability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions
• Ability to read, write and understand English and computer literacy is required
• Able to read, interpret and understand SRM, CMM Manual, IPCs and/or specifications
• Able to read Technical data sheet and material safety data sheet.
• Hands-on skills in using of common hand tools and measuring equipment
• Able to use Microsoft office (MS Word, Office, Excel)
• Able to coordinate and work well with others (i.e. Production and Design Engineers,
Planners/Buyers)
