I am currently serving as the Kandahar Site Lead/Property coordinator in support of the Mine Resistant Ambushed Protected (MRAP-Forward) in Afghanistan (OEF). I perform Support Operations functions. Those areas include all logistics matters related to Property Management, Storage and Distribution, Facilities Management, Procurement and Self Service Supply for the Joint Program Office MRAP Forward, Operation Enduring Freedom. I have two years’ experience working in Afghanistan as an Operations Lead and Property Coordinator for the MRAP program. I spent 8 years’ experience working for SAIC as an overseas regional site Manager providing support for the Department of Justice's International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) in Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Moldavia, Jordan, and Iraq. I have 2 years’ experience working for SAIC as an International Business Operations Specialist. I have two years’ experience working as the Director of Operations for the Department of State Civilian Police program. My experience includes Strategic Planning, Staff Development, Operations Management, Contingency Planning, Facility and Personnel Security, and Procurement. I am a Certified Total Quality Management Instructor and Facilitator. I served as a Project Manager for Ebon Research Systems providing logistical support for the Department of Justice's International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) in Haiti and El Salvador prior to starting to work for SAIC. From 14 September 2009 to the present. I was assigned for two years as the AMC Deliberate/Adaptive planner for the Pacific Command (PACOM) area. I utilized qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of military planning concepts, logistics and operational doctrine, organization, and planning systems.

I am a former Marine Corps officer with extensive skills in the area of USMC operations, and logistics. I am a certified Total Quality Management instructor and an executive level facilitator.
I have extensive program development, management and implementation experience. I am experienced in making oral presentations at all levels with excellent interpersonal communications skills. I am computer literate and proficient in preparing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
I have a current Secret Clearance with Top Secret eligible. I am willing and able for frequent travel CONUS/OCONUS whenever required.
I am currently working in Afghanistan as a Site Lead/ Property Coordinator in support of the Joint Logistics Integrator (JLI) of the Joint Program Office (JPO) for Mine Resistant Ambushed Protected (MRAP) in Afghanistan. I serve as the JLI OEF Kandahar property accountability staff member responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all Government Furnished Equipment, Contractor Acquired Property and Corporate Property throughout the Program in Afghanistan IAW the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of the Army Regulations, and local policies and procedures.
From 2011-2012, I served as the Operations Lead, Directorate of Logistics (DOL) in support of the Joint Logistics Integrator (JLI) of the Joint Program Office (JPO) Mine Resistant Ambushed Protected (MRAP-Forward) in Afghanistan (OEF).
I performed Support Operations functions in the DOL. Those areas include all logistics matters related to Property Management, Storage and Distribution, Facilities Management, Procurement and Self Service Supply for the Joint Program Office MRAP Forward, Operation Enduring Freedom. I provided logistics operations staff support in the following supervised areas:
Planning and reviewing logistics plans and operations with a focus on changes in mission mandate or downsizing, accountability and control of Theater Property (PBUSE), Contractor Acquired Property, new JPO MRAP and GFE property, installation and organizational equipment and supplies.
Developed contingency logistics plans to deal with emergent situations that developed as a result of changing War-fighter priorities.
Developed logistics policies, processes and SOPs.
Coordinated with all other JPO staff elements regularly as well as with CONUS functional managers (Finance, Procurement, Contracts, Property Management, Export Control, etc.) staying abreast of current initiatives and obtain status updates for ongoing requirements.
Conducted independent studies, reviews or formed part of other study groups/plans teams dealing with JPO MRAP mission logistics matters.
Prepared detailed weekly executive summaries, briefings, PowerPoint presentations for senior program leadership and military customers.
Conducted periodic site assistance visits and ensured supervised areas were in total compliance with applicable regulations, policies and guidelines.
Assisted the Engineer and Facilities Coordinator with new facility justification submission, and tracking projects for timely actions to completion. Assist preparation, development and submission of facilities requests.
For seven years, I was responsible for providing support for the Department of Justice as a SAIC regional site manager working in Eastern Europe in support of the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP). I coordinated and worked directly with the ICITAP program managers, embassy personnel, and the Police Ministers of Interior. I was also responsible for personnel administrative, finance, contract and logistical support. I was responsible for providing field management support to deal with all contracts, consultant, financial, procurement, and security and personnel issues related to supporting the ICITAP project in Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, Macedonia, Moldova, and Kosovo.
I spent two years, as the Civilian Police (CIVPOL) Operations Manager, a State Department contract and was responsible for day-to-day operations of the contract, including but not limited to supervision of the Operations Specialists, communication with the field Program Management Offices, communication with DOS Country Desk Officers, and preparation of operational reports for submission to DOS and Corporate. I assisted the Corporate Bid and Proposal Department on Requests for Proposal/Task Order Requests and managed and developed CIVPOL Task Order Proposals and modifications. I reviewed contracts against specific Task Orders and supervised operational staff in Arlington, Virginia and five countries (Afghanistan, Haiti, Liberia, Lebanon, and Sudan).
