Professional Overseas Contractors

According to the Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor is being awarded a maximum amount $93,837,294 contract for various support services to various Department of Defense components. The maximum dollar value includes the base period, seven option periods and a six-month extension of services period.

Various support services include conducting humanitarian assistance, civic assistance, minor military construction projects, contingency efforts, supporting various exercises and other projects located at various sites, usually in remote areas in the Philippines, Cambodia, Timor-Leste and other countries in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Work will be performed at various locations in Southeast Asia, South Asia and Oceania, and is expected to be completed by December 2024.

Professional Overseas Contractors

According to the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations,  the contractor was awarded the construction contract for the new U.S. Consulate General project in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The multi-building complex will be situated on a 10.5-acre site in the city of Al Khobar, and will include a Consulate office building, a Consul General's Residence, a Marine Security Guard Residence, support buildings, and facilities for the Consulate community. The new complex will provide Consulate employees with a safe, secure, sustainable, and modern workplace. Construction will commence in 2017 and project completion is anticipated in 2020.

Kuwait

According to the Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor is being awarded a $63,016,210 contract to provide contractor maintenance and support services in support of F/A-18 C/D aircraft for the government of Kuwait under the Foreign Military Sales program.

Work will be performed in Kuwait, and is expected to be complete by January 2018. Foreign military sales funds in the amount of $20,000,000 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-4.
