Professional Overseas Contractors

According to the Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor is being awarded $20,972,129 under a previously awarded construction contract (N39430-15-D-1632) for cleaning, inspecting, and repairing three fuel tanks at Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSP) Akasaki and Yokose, Japan.

Work will be performed in Akasaki and Yokose, Japan, and is expected to be completed by October 2018. Fiscal 2016 Defense working capital (Defense Logistics Agency) contract funds in the amount of $20,972,129 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

The Department of State awarded AAR Airlift Group, Inc. (AAR) the contract for INL (Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Office of Aviation) Global Aviation Support Services (GASS).

This new contract continues the services currently provided under the current Global Aviation Support Services contract. The GASS contract was competed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). AAR will be issued Task Orders under the GASS contract.

According to the Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor won a $22.5 million contract for Egyptian Personnel Support Services (EPSS). The competitively awarded contract, which started March 25, 2016, has a two-year base period and one-year option year.
