DOD has awarded a $99,000,000 multiple-award contract for Architect-Engineer services. This contract provides for Title I Design, Title II Construction Inspection, and Title III Other Professional Services for investigations, studies, supervision, and travel as required at Yokota Air Base, Japan; Camp Zama, Japan; and Misawa Air Base, Japan.

Work is expected to be completed by May 25, 2029.

DOD awarded a company out of Concord, California, an additional $75,196,267 under a previously awarded multiple-award construction contract for the construction of facilities at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Marine Corps Base (MCB) Guam.

The work to be performed provides for the construction of a permanent maintenance building, an administrative building, and other facilities that require operational, maintenance, and support facilities to conduct the mission requirements of the Maine Air Ground Combat Task Force at NSA MCB Guam.

Work will be performed in Azraq, Jordan, with an estimated completion date of June 18, 2024. Fiscal 2019 military construction, defense-wide funds in the amount of $14,696,615 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District, is the contracting activity (W912ER-22-C-0016).
