Contract Award: $27,350,842 for construction and repair U.S. Navy Support Facility, Diego Garcia

According to the Department of Defense, the contractor is awarded firm-fixed-price task order N4008419F4086 for $27,350,842 under a multiple award construction contract for the design build repair of Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) -13 and UPH-17 at U.S. Navy Support Facility, Diego Garcia.
The work to be performed provides for repairs to the building components and utility systems which are old and increasingly deteriorated. The work will also address life safety and energy deficiencies which have begun to generate intensive maintenance and reliability concerns.
Work will be performed in Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory, and is expected to be completed by August 2023.
