I am a current PhD Candidate in Public Policy and Administration with an expertise on Management and Leadership. I graduated with a Master Degree in International Relation from Webster University, St Louis, Missouri and speak fluently French. I am a veteran with eight years of active service in the US military. I am a well-rounded professional with over 10 years of experience in many areas including working in Africa – a continent where I spent over 18 years of my life. I am a well-rounded individual with an extensive Public relation, military, diplomatic, and humanitarian background. I have strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of personnel and organizational management. I have a strong understanding of the international community’s activities and engagement in Africa in general. I am sophisticated at utilizing updated technology materials for efficiency on the ground and good also at managing resources when short in supply. I have acquired in my doctoral studies a great deal of knowledge in Ethics and Social Justice, Leadership and Change, Governance and Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Collaboration and Cooperation, Strategic Context of Public Management, Finance and Budget for Public Sector, Quantitative and Qualitative Reasoning & Analysis, Transition Change and Shared Power in nation post conflict.
