April 2008 to May 2010

Night shift Supervisor responsible for monitoring all highway movements in northern Iraq. Supervised

the preparation, staging, documentation and movement of 6 subordinate units.

During convoy movement, was responsible for close monitoring and coordinated emergency

battlefield support in case of elements under distress or in emergency posture and redirected convoys

in the event of unsafe or hostile operations.

Team leader of the Airfield Passenger Manifest Team, Q-West Iraq ensuring 100% accuracy of all

Tasking and Planning Supervisor responsible for scheduling and coordinating all training events for

15 subordinate units with over 200 personnel. Also worked in close coordination with military police,

civilian law enforcement authorities and force protection agencies to ensure the safety and security for

over 10 tenant units and 14 installation agencies.

Senior Enlisted Safety personnel, maintaining oversight the entire installation and was responsible

for coordinating training and inspection to ensure a safe and secure work environment.

Movements/Operations Supervisor (88N)

United States Army – Vilseck/Grafenwoehr Germany

July 2004 to April 2007

Operations supervisor for the documentation and radio-frequency tracking of US Forces ammunition

within the German state of Bavaria to include incoming shipments from the continent United States to

the ammunition storage areas to issue and movement to weapons qualification ranges. Ensured proper

documentation and packaging/bracing in compliance with German civilian authority guidance.

Motor vehicle instructor for the US Army Bavarian region/3 Corps Support Command. As a member

of a 6 person mobile team, was responsible for the instruction and safe operation of both military and

civilian vehicles and orient incoming personnel on the laws and customs of driving in Germany.

Movements Supervisor for 529 Ordnance Company during their deployment in support of Operation

Iraqi Freedom. Primarily responsible for the preparation of personnel equipment for the multi-modal

movement to the theater of operations during the 12 month deployment and redeployment via TCAIMS

1. During the deployment, responsible for monitoring the convoy movements of unit personnel

and equipment and bulk ammunition shipments within the Iraqi theater using radio-frequency tracking

tags.

Household Goods Supervisor/Noncombatant Evacuation Coordinator (88N)

United States Army –  Camp Red Cloud/Page, Uijongbu, South Korea

February 2003 to July 2004

Responsible for the scheduling of movement, pick-up, delivery and Quality Control of all personal

household goods and unaccompanied baggage belonging to personnel residing in the Camp Red Cloud

and Camp Page enclaves.

Direct supervisor of five military and four host nation contract personnel who ensured proper

inventories and documentation for all US Army shipments of personnel belongings in and out of the

cities of Uijongbu and Chunchon South Korea.

Maintained direct communication with six commercial moving and shipping companies in order to

maintain timely delivery and pick-up and resolve Quality Control issues.

Noncombatant Evacuation Coordinator for the Chunchon area. Responsible for a 16 Soldier team

whose sole responsibility is evacuation of all non-combat civilian personnel in the Camp Page area

by any and all means necessary in the event of hostile combat actions took place on the Korean

peninsula. Responsibility encompassed training and welfare of all 16 personnel within the team, direct

coordination with US Forces Korea for aircraft scheduling, safety and accountability of all evacuating

personnel and maintaining defensive in the event of local hostilities.

Transportation Supervisor (88N)

United States Army – Fort Campbell, KY

March 2000 to February 2003

Supervised and monitored highway movements of military and commercial vehicles in tactical

theater and civilian commercial highways to include proper cargo documentation, correct packaging,

blocking and bracing, validating convoy clearances and special hauling permits for hazardous material

and oversize loads. Also responsible for the training, welfare and safety of a four personnel highway

regulating team.

Supervised and ensured that proper inspections were conducted on all cargo subjected for

movement. Ensured that the frustrated cargo was properly labeled, documented and staged for

further correction of deficiencies. Ensured that all mission capable equipment was staged for onward

movement by highway, rail and/or rail in support for the 101st Airborne Divisions deployment for the

Kosovo Peacekeeping Force, Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) and Operation Iraqi Freedom

(Iraq). Prepared all movement documents and train manifests in TC-AIMS II as well as supervised load

out of all Task Force equipment.

Team leader of the Airfield Passenger Manifest Team, assured 100% accuracy of all documentation

for personnel departing the Campbell Army Airfield on commercial mission dedicated aircraft.

Served as the Transportation Supervisor responsible for the positive visibility of all US Forces

equipment in and out of the Kosovo Theater of operations from April 2001 to November 2001.

Responsible for the safety and security of three military personnel and one contract loading crew

during all rail operations in and out of the southern region of the former Yugoslav Republic of Kosovo.
