Also insuring the program is executed within the scope of the contract, as well as all applicable regulations, policies and procedures. Establishing procedures, policies and controls for the efficient operation of the program. Managing 42+ operational personnel, mechanics, pilots, logisticians and other operational personnel. Maintenance Test Pilot/Maintenance Examiner/Instructor Pilot
Performed operational ground checks and maintenance test flights of the OH-58 A/C & Bell 206BIII aircraft, performed (MTP/ME) evaluations and maintenance training for the USG and company pilots, along with Iraqi Flight students.
