• Lead the development and implementation of company’s Project Controls best practices, systems, processes, and standards.
• Spearhead annual budgeting & planning process; plan scope of work, create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), define & sequence activities, estimate activity resources & durations, develop schedules, develop cost estimates & determine budget, identify, quantify & qualify risks, and plan long lead procurements.
