 Serving as a Construction Control and Quality Assurance Representative for two secure and one other individual and simultaneous construction, rehabilitation and/or renovation projects on USAG Humphreys, working with a Resident/Area Office and government awarded American and local Korean contractors to oversee project completion according to contract, blueprints, specifications and construction security and surveillance plan as outlined by the ICD 705.
 Maintain surveillance of routine and complex contract operations on civil works construction projects, and interagency as well as international construction, including but not limited to:

 Served as the Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) of sixteen person resident office,
 Managed quality assurance duties for the project engineer for the Basrah Explosive Ordinance Demolition Facility; a three story concrete masonry building and pre-engineered maintenance bay in excess of $1.9 million. Successfully completed to standards and specifications on time and on budget
 Arranged and conducted the pre-construction and security meetings; site survey/reconnaissance of 100 km $60 million dollar FMS Border Roads Project along the Iraq/Iran Border.
 Selected as Project Engineer and Quality Assurance Representative based on subject material knowledge and experience during construction of FMS Border Roads projects until all combat troops departed Iraq.
 Performed Quality Assurance duties on $30 million Al Abbass and $35 million Al Kibla storm and sewer projects.
 Assumed responsibility for two troubled contracts with seven facilities valued in excess of $7 million at Umm Qasr Naval Station and brought them to a successful conclusion completed and turned them over to the customer by the final completion date.
 Headed a close out team and provided direction in support of closing out 16 incomplete close out packets saving the Government over 40 hours per week for 16 weeks that otherwise would have required a DOD employee to resolve.
