Director, Theater Security Cooperation, US Navy Central Command:  Principal for maritime military cooperation with 18 Arab partner countries;  Senior Strategist for US Navy military access and basing in the Middle East;  Lead for over 30 annual multilateral and bilateral Naval exercises in US Central Command

2. Naval and Air Attaché, Tunis, Tunisia:  Principle advisor to the Ambassador on all maritime and air defense policy; Interlocutor between US Defense Department and Tunisian Military High Command; Wrote periodic and special reports in areas of national interest, briefed senior decision-makers

3. Federal Executive Fellow, RAND Cooperation, Arlington, VA.:  Wrote papers impacting Navy and Marine Corps training and procurement; Participated in Whitehouse level team considering the Iranian nuclear question

4. Executive Officer, USS MILIUS (DDG 69):  Overall responsible for the daily execution of the missions of a US Navy destroyer with a crew of 300;  Accomplished numerous high-interest inspections, operations, and special missions; Led MILIUS through a successful Deployment in the Persian Gulf.
