Responsibilities included: –
- Working for a global provider of government and managed services, on a complex Civil Engineering project based on a Somali military base under a Department of State contract

- Managing a team of six maintenance staff, coaching and mentoring them to achieve high standards of quality and productivity

Facilities and Compliance Manager
Responsibilities included: –
- Employed at a major residential estate based in Krugersdorp, South Africa
- Oversaw a range of services and amenities, including routine and planned maintenance, landscaping, security provision and capital expenditure
- Managed budgets and resources efficiently, including the planning for and acquisition of new equipment
