I conduct projects related with human security and citizen’s protection with Mayors of cities located in seven South America countrie’s borders and trans-national regions in order to strengthen preparation to reduce manmade and natural disasters comsequences. Participant in the preparation, negotiaton and conducting of development and integration plans for trans-national communities in the Norther- East borders of Argentina, limits with Paraguay, Uruguay and Brazil.

Coordinated provincial and federal security and assistance agencies in five Provinces in North-East region of Argentina, having international criminal bands dedicated to contraband, illicit drugs traffic, human trafficking, illegal immigration within a social environment having poverty, poor Government presence and assistance and being natural disasters prone areas.
July 2015 – July 2016. International Development Law Organization – Security Field Officer in Honduras
In charge of coordinating all aspects of security to IDLO staff and assets within the programme in Honduras, that included activities in State prisons and neighborhoods having strong presence of illegal armed bands in a context of poverty and underdevelopment areas. I developed the Risk Analysis and mitigation measures, contingencies plans, business continuity, missions to the field, training, safety regulations, early warning network, selection and hiring of private security companies and more.
Selection and supervision of security companies hired to provide security to IDLO offices and Head of Officeresidence.
Establishment of operational standards in order to provide protection to the staff and dependents.
Establishment of communication and messages systems to provide prompt and accurate alarm when necessary, working in risky locations and scenarios.

In charge of coordinating security to UN functionaries and assets in Bamyan, Daikundy and Gardez Provinces. Deployed to Ghani, Paktika, Paktia and Ghost Provinces as Field Security Coordination Officer.
Conducted the security decision and policy making process acting as advisor for the Security Management Team. Development of the Security Risk Management, in charge of preparation, training and control of compliance of policies, standard operational procedures, security and safety plans, continuous security updated communication system and early warning network in a very high risk level scenario.
Prepared, updated, communicated the security and safety plans, Security Procedures and provided training to the international and national staff. Security Plan containing contingency plans (i.e. relocation, evacuation, mass casualties plan, medical emergencies, hostage incident management, post exposure procedures and much more).
Training to internal armed guards (former Gurkha military forces), external armed guards, In Extremis military assistance. Conducting of a Crisis Control Center, training to the Head of Offices, Radio procedures, tracking system, daily report for international staff, head counting in case of incidents.

Coordinated security to all UN and several INGOs staff and assets in six Departments in inner Colombia territory, being high risk areas with presence of illegal armed bands, para-military and guerrilla groups and illegal substances plantations, as well as nature risks as earthquake and landslides.
