Duties and Responsibilities
Compilation of servicing schedules, orders, work cards, product specifications.
Use of different word processing techniques like Excel, word, spread sheets for recording worker information like job cards, worksheets and clocking in/out.
Quality checking of documents and images after undergoing conversion into different electronic formats likes jpeg, pdf.
Preparing and processing of timesheets and expense reports and confirming correct charge values.
Generation of daily aircraft statistics and serviceability states for dispatch to Head Quarters.
Receive requests for Aircraft components, service kits, materials: spares i.e. Engines, Landing gear via signals, telephone, and email.
