Duties and Responsibilities
Compilation of servicing schedules, orders, work cards, product specifications.
Use of different word processing techniques like Excel, word, spread sheets for recording worker information like job cards, worksheets and clocking in/out.
Generation of daily aircraft statistics and serviceability states for dispatch to Head Quarters.
Receive requests for Aircraft components, service kits, materials: spares i.e. Engines, Landing gear via signals, telephone, and email.

Organization of files, development of spread sheets, faxing of reports and scanned documents.
