Provided the full spectrum of project management services to the Subsea Cables Division of Boskalis International BV and managed multiple Warranty & Repair projects, from inception to completion.
• Managed principal contractors, Cable Specialists, Contract Managers, Commercial, and Health & Safety Advisors
• Acted as middle-man between clients and sub-contractors; identified root cause of long-standing Warranty & Repair issues regarding Inter Array Cables, established ownership and identified a safe, efficient, solution
• Engaged stakeholders, using commercial and contract management skills to agree solutions and monitor progress
• Chaired daily calls to manage ongoing issues and compiled weekly status reports detailing technical problems, contractual status, commercial picture and Health & Safety performance

Headed-up the Project Management Office (PMO) for major aviation program; led a team of Project Managers in the delivery of wide-ranging projects at RAF Lossiemouth, including over £1M pre-design survey activity.
