  • Supervise/manage this project remote from Cairo, Egypt & Dubai due to Covid-19 travel restrictions

  • Supervise/manage team of 4 Supervisors, 5 QC, 5 Safety, 3 engineers and 120 onsite workers

  • Travelled to Anguilla to assist Kor Group in completing a $350M Resort
  • Flew 75 workers to the island. Team of 3 managers managed all construction, worker housing, per-diems, monthly pay and transportation. We bid/lump summed each work phase and made 25% profit.
  • Interior build-out of Hotel main entry and Lobby – Intricate Wood ceiling and wall paneling with stone floors
  • Interior Finishes to (16) Custom private residences – All Stucco, 3 coat venetian plaster, millwork, stone flooring, paint, doors & hardware

 

Westin Diplomat Hotel – Hotel Renovation – $14M

  • Renovate/upgrade 1,000 hotel rooms and all public corridors
  • Replace and reseal 230 (3’ x 4’) Glass Panels that makeup a large sky light above main lobby
  • Renovated (3) hotel floors every 2 weeks. Great success at limiting our view to customers and minimizing impact on the hotel.

 

Seminole Hard Rock Casino – Black Jack Expansion- Tampa, FL – $10M

  • 22,000 SF expansion of existing casino floor for black jack/slot machine gaming
  • All work was performed with at GMP budget built off of 1 piece of paper (No drawings). We provide a quote within 3 days and mobilized within 1 week to commence construction.
  • Walker Duct installation for all gaming power distribution
  • Worked 12 weeks, 24 hrs/day with 3 crews to meet completion date
