- Managed the transportation field for the Afghan National Army Depot. Managed all day to day operations dealing with the depot. Work included Class VII and Class III, LTV, MTV Navistar, HMMWV (all variants), Tractor Trailer, CAT Engineering Equipment, Trailers, Military Vehicles. Gauged transportation requirements and convoy movements for the US Government, Ministry of Defense, Mentors, and CFC units.
- Managed 4 expatriates and 41 Local Nationals. Responsible for inventory and staging vehicles for Afghan National Army Units, ranging from 2 to 250 vehicles per unit. Managed and maintained an active rolling vehicle inventory containing more than $1.7 billion in stock daily. Ensured the proper accountability, storage, issues and receipts of more than 50,000 gallons of fuel daily.
- Analyzed, created and implemented policy and procedures for all areas of shipping, yard management, and logistics within target areas. Reorganized a 4,000+ vehicle depot to create efficient locations to house vehicles according to like items, efficiency of receiving, shipping, time spent, and overall product efficiency of all transportation movements.
