Summary

I am a Marine Corps Veteran with an Honorable Discharge.
After leaving the Marine Corps, I started a career in the Criminal Justice system. I have worked in both maximum security and medium security state facilities and worked in Law Enforcement for almost 30 years, holding positions of patrolman, Patrol Sergeant, Chief Investigator, and Chief of Police. I am trained in tactical operations and spent time on the statewide tactical team for the Missouri Department of Corrections. I am retiring from law enforcement as the Chief of Police and looking to start a new career.

• Ensure total adherence to the policies, rules, and regulations of the department by all personnel
• Prepare annual budget for the department
• Ensure increased efficiency and effectiveness of the department by developing procedures, methods and policies
• Ensure that all personnel are continuously trained
• Give orders to employees if necessary to ensure efficient performance of assignments
• Give approval to the creation of all work schedules and their adoption
• Ensure assigned equipment such as communication systems and departmental vehicles are operated efficiently
