Managed a group of senior professionals executing the commercial strategy and contracts formation and administration, leading the procurement (formation) activities for multiple packages individually valued over $3 billion and cumulatively over $50 billion including Adits and Portals, Running Tunnels, Water Transmission and Reservoirs, Earthworks, Rail Systems and Rolling Stock. Directed and performed, as necessary, the daily administration of over $1 billion of engineering and construction works and $100 million of engineering contracts.

NPMO Deputy Manager of Contracts, Bechtel Infrastructure

Managed a group of senior professionals preparing the Kingdom’s strategy, processes, procedures, and contract templates in alignment with industry best practices for infrastructure projects and developing and implementing training on the same. As the management consultant to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mashroat Organization responsibilities included establishing the National Project and Operations and Maintenance Management Organization and drafting organizational procedures and implementation directives, enterprise content and resource management systems recommendations, and commercial documents for Mashroat and Government and Semi-Government entities. Managed four (4) EXPATs responsible for programming material and equipment assignment, reviewing contractor schedules and performance, and preparing performance reports for the Government contracting officers. Administered the assigned logistics and security contracts for the management and transfer of assets procured under previous Government contracts to Iraqi Ministries. Scope of contracts included the transfer of the following types of assets: electrical distribution equipment, heavy construction equipment, medical equipment, construction materials, weapons and ammunition, and class IX parts.
