- Managed day-to-day course operations of the Air Advisor Course (AAC) that consisted of subordinate staff of 10 Senior level cross-functional Instructors. Coordinated the integration of all course requirements for up to 72 students each month.
- Scheduled classrooms, range facilities, and use of Lakehurst training areas. This entailed coordination and integration with the USAF Expeditionary Center, the USAF Expeditionary Operations School (EOS) through the 421st Combat Training Squadron (CTS); the Joint Training and Training Development Center (JT2DC) facilities, and Fort Dix Directorate of Training, Plans, and Mobilization (DPT).
- Assisted in the preparation and submission of class rosters, class After Action Reports (AAR), reports of individual student recurring substandard performance, and Serious Incident Reports (SIR) such as student injury, incapacitation (e.g. Heat stroke, heat exhaustion, blacking out) or death IAW AETC and AF EC policies and procedures.
