Oversaw the contracts and procurement departments that included 2 department managers and 4 specialists that supported the $700M contract encompassing the operations, facility maintenance, construction projects, logistics, IT services, data collection and equipment maintenance for a world-class missile testing facility. Led team of contracts professionals that oversaw and serviced contracts on Forward Operating Base (FOB) Leatherneck with annual revenue of $132M to maintain 1,600-acre military facility that supports 20,000+ US troops. Audited services performed, ensured contract requirements were met and oversaw federal regulation compliance.
