Air Operations Coordinator II – Afghanistan

  • Ensure proper mentorships and training of personnel assigned to each work section associated with our local mission over 11 aviation specialists and coordinators in air operations movement control.
  • Selected to be part of start-up Air Operations at FOB Dahlke in support to Special Operations Command for both rotary and fixed wing to include the management and movement of all passenger and cargo required.

United States Air Force 1998 – 2013

Supervisor, Air Terminal Operations

  • Directed daily activities of the Air Terminal complex involving cargo and passenger processing, documentation, and temporary storage and movement while using the approved database CMOS and AMC which provided constant monitoring and the recording of data responsible for the specified time period per the master file plan.
  • Coordinated the ground transportation of a wrecked F-22 Aircraft, planning the equipment and personnel to handle the 86,000 lbs. for the $110 million aircraft
  • Expedited the movement of 265 tons of cargo and 117 passengers on 35 aircraft in support of Hurricane Katrina and the Pakistan Earthquake relief.
  • Contributed to the success of the first sustained C-17 humanitarian mission in history – removed peacetime training equipment, created a location to build the 1st 241 Triwall Aerial Delivery Systems containers, having a notice of 20 hours ensuring supplies were available to deliver 1.5 million humanitarian rations on 96 flights without a single delay.
