Summary

I have been working as a Guard Shift Supervisor / Complex Supervisor / Site Supervisor in a high threat environment of Baghdad, Iraq since December 2012, offering over five years of civilian overseas contracting experience. I hold an active Department of State Secret clearance. I retired from the U.S. Army in 2010 with 22 years enlisted experience. I have accomplished measurable results while leading teams of four to over 100 soldiers in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. I possess a comprehensive background in leadership, strategic planning, risk management and critical thinking that is derived from conducting global operations in support of the Gulf War, as well as Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.   • Selected to serve as the backfill Guard Shift Supervisor (GSS) as needed to fill day off positions as well as full time GSS when requested
  • Responsible for the overall supervision of three to five Site Supervisors
  • Assists the GFC in managing and directing guard operations on a day-to-day basis under direction from the DS/RSO
  • Assists the GFC to plan, manage, and evaluate guard force operations

Operations Manager – Mannheim, Germany & Iraq

  •  Selected above peers by the Battalion Commander to be the Truckmaster (Operations Manager) and prepare a company for deployment to a high treat environment in Iraq
  • Managed the allocation and execution of a split company mission in a high threat environment, including 16 M915 tractor trailers and two on-call recovery escort teams
