Summary
Over 10+ years of successful experience in aircraft maintenance and Expeditionary and Contingency experience supporting combined/joint operations in Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and the Global War on Terrorism. MQ-9 Reaper level 2 mechanic in Afghanistan and Iraq. Accustomed to making quick decisions in a fast- paced environment that is constantly changing and time-sensitive.
Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and processes; solid experience in preventative maintenance and repair of MQ-9 Reaper aircraft and all systems and components involved. LV. 2 Mechanic. July 2017-July 2020
While deployed to Kandahar Airfield, performed ground handling and servicing operations. Preflight, post flight, thru-flight, special and phase inspections. Proficient at using tech data to diagnose and solve maintenance problems on aircraft systems. Interprets maintenance procedures and policies to repair aircraft and related equipment.
Inspects, troubleshoots and maintains aircraft structures, engines and other related components and equipment. Removes and installs aircraft and engine components such as engine start generator and PMA, fuel control units, hydraulic propeller assembly, etc. Conducts operational checks, repairs components and systems.
