Supervised numerous domestic and international subcontractors as they worked on helicopter depot level maintenance overhauls and aircraft upgrades, post-overhaul inspection, final delivery and warranty support; also oversaw engineering change proposal (ECPs) and contract data requirements list (CDRLs). Offered the first-ever Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified, authentic, Russian Mi-17 helicopter manuals and aircraft service bulletin contracts for the U.S. Army.
