
Department of Defense awarded a $25,000,000 architect-engineer contract for planning and engineering services at various locations worldwide with an emphasis in the Pacific and Indian Ocean areas of operation.
The work to be performed provides for the development of various planning documents such as regional integration, shore infrastructure, installation development, and area development plans.
Work may also require the development of other related documents such as business cases, economic, and real estate analyses, facility life cycle and enhanced use lease studies, landscape architecture plans, land surveys, and topographic mapping. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of September 2026.
Work will be performed at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities and other government facilities worldwide including, but not limited to, Hawaii (40%); Guam (30%); Japan (25%); Korea (3%); Singapore (1%); and Diego Garcia (1%).
