According to the Department of Defense (DoD) a company out of Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded an estimated $44,055,036 firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contract for contractor engineering and technical services engine support for Air National Guard and Foreign Military Sales partners.

Work will be performed in Thailand; Iraq; Jordan; Taiwan; Turkey; Bahrain; Morocco; Egypt; Chile; Pakistan; Indonesia; Oman; Utah; Texas; and Florida, and is expected to be completed June 30, 2023.

According to the Department of Defense (DoD) the contractor has been awarded a $47,819,931 requirements contract for engineering and technical services in support of the F-16 aircraft requirements. Contractor engineering and technical services will be provided to elevate the technical expertise of system maintainers.

Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah; Toledo, Ohio; Tucson, Arizona; McEntire Joint National Guard Base, South Carolina; and in 12 countries, Bahrain, Pakistan, Chile, Jordan, Turkey, Morocco, Taiwan, Oman, Egypt, Iraq, Thailand, and Indonesia. Work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2020.

Department of Defense awarded over $6 million for sustaniment of a C-130 repair to Precision Aerospace yesterday at a joint military Air Base in Indonesia. Precision Aerospace Corporation performs machining, stamping, welding, assembly, testing, and extensive layout/inspection of medium to high complexity mechanical aircraft components and assemblies. The company serves over two dozen aircraft customers and approximately ten non-aerospace customers.

Back stateside Precision Aerospace recently expanded their new office in June and created new jobs in Michigan after consolidating 3 corporate offices. The State of Michigan announced a $2.5 million tax credit on a proposed $10.1 million to create 190 new jobs in five years.  Precision has been dedicated to meeting the needs of the aerospace industry for over 40 years. The work for this contract award is scheduled to be performed at the Bandung Air Base and is expected to be completed by June 16, 2016.

BAE Systems has received two contracts valued at nearly $63 million to provide F-16 support equipment, test systems, and spares to the governments of Indonesia and Iraq. The contracts enhance the company’s strong global position and ability to deliver the right systems and expertise to support F-16 aircraft operated by U.S. allies.
