The effort is being executed under the U.S. Navy’s Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA), reinforcing long-term maritime partnership objectives in the region.

Work will be performed across multiple locations within Saudi Arabia, supporting RSNF personnel through curriculum development, instructional delivery, and full-spectrum logistics and administrative services. The contract is structured to enhance readiness, organizational efficiency, and long-term operational capability.
SAUDI ARABIA — A company out of Reston, Virginia has been awarded a $16,790,854 to provide program management, systems engineering, operations and maintenance, and logistics support services for Foreign Military Sales programs in Saudi Arabia.
POC: This contract awarded to Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) supports C4ISR operations, surveillance, communications, and COMSEC-related services overseas, and typically creates opportunities for program managers, systems engineers, communications specialists, COMSEC custodians, logistics personnel, and field support roles supporting defense operations in Saudi Arabia.
Work will be performed primarily in Saudi Arabia and is expected to be completed by March 2027, with the potential to extend through March 2031 if all option periods are exercised, bringing the total estimated value to $123,209,148.
Cubic Defense Acquisition Inc., headquartered in San Diego, California, has been awarded a ceiling $399 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide long-term depot-level logistics support for the U.S. Air Force’s P5 Combat Training System (P5CTS).

The award was made as a sole-source acquisition by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Approximately $2.95 million in FY2025 FMS funds were obligated at the time of the award.
